findings: 2026-09-25 release playtest close-outs + D322 capture
D311 FIXED (root cause D336; 0 anomaly lines incl. Caverns combat), D288 CLOSED, D294 and D330 user-confirmed, D235 still unreproduced. D322: pools healthy (leak hypothesis refuted); SFX soft-cap saturation in firefights (D207/D241) plus a new periodic SDL output-queue overflow every ~314 s that starts at the title screen, so it should reproduce headless.
