D173 gets the same "read this one block, not the whole history" treatment D243 already has -- established facts, what's ruled out, and the concrete next step (a D252-style raw ROM byte dump of the extending_left_hand clip at frame 95) in one place. Also retracts an unfounded doubt raised earlier this session about whether -level_34 is really Facility -- a hand-count of setup_text_pointers[] alone suggested otherwise, but multiple already-established findings in this same file (D130, D203, D217, D255, and a full independent static decode of UsetuparkZ.c during the Trevelyan/Ourumov investigation) confirm it is; "ark" is just Facility's internal decomp codename, not Park/Archives. Checked before letting the doubt stand.
