James Dansereau 94dff8116f D331: shell casings now render (D264 pattern, third site) ...

The casing draw read g_DefaultCasingModelRenderData (u32[15] {0,1,3,..})
as the wider PC ModelRenderData: flags landed on a 0, so subdraw() drew
nothing and the read overran the array. Use the explicit template.

Verified: PP7 casing ejects and tumbles on native Windows (none before);
bunker1 golden 3/3; Windows + Linux builds clean.
