James Dansereau e9bb415488 findings.md: has-section dedup, rows 16-19 (D217 D271 D276 + skips)

- D217: 7.5 KB status was a digest of the §H M-86→M-97 entries (each
  'See full write-up: §H ...'); only the closing verdict was missing —
  appended it (PR #47 + PR #49 merged, white residual → D228, M-105
  stale-status correction).
- D271/D276: topics were compressions of their own §H entries; statuses
  (the verdicts) kept verbatim.
- Skipped as already-thin/substantive: D220, D132 (compact audit summary),
  D183, D179, D178, D182, D181.
