Release notes: D256 save-persistence fix, D255 status update
D256 (Linux saves/config now persist from any launch dir) is in this cut and Deck-verified; the D255 line reflects the narrowed diagnosis and the register-capturing crash handler. Drop the 'no known crashes' claim from the pre-release blurb since D255 is open.

as-is on any distro, and sideloads onto a Steam Deck with nothing installed.

launch from (previously Linux wrote them relative to the launch directory

fully gamepad-driven on the Deck.

- **Steam Deck: one open crash remains** — the v0.1.0-era Facility crash is
|

confirmed fixed on Deck hardware, but a *new* SIGSEGV can occur during a

firefight in Facility (D255); diagnosis is in progress. Other levels are
|

untested there so far — please report any Deck-specific faults (a
|

`ge007.crash.log` next to the exe helps; recent builds now capture full
|

faulting registers in it).
