Dan Turner 4d0abb1a39 macos/arm64: renumber findings onto v0.4.0 (D409–D421) + restore docs ...

After rebasing the macOS/arm64 branch onto v0.4.0 (main was at D408, and had
already consumed D323–D349), the branch's findings collided. Renumber the 13
macOS findings D294–D307 -> D409–D421 (main's own D29x/D30x references left
untouched), and restore the findings.md entries + porting-notes §F section
that the merge dropped.

- findings.md: 13 §F/§H rows (D409–D421) + their tail sections.
- findings-index.csv: regenerated (--check clean).
- porting-notes.md: §F macOS section restored + Darwin/Mach-O bullets renumbered.
- building.md / GE-ENV-PROBES.md / CMakeLists.txt / code comments: D294–D307 -> D409–D421.

Drops the obsolete reticule-jitter finding (D336): v0.4.0 fixed it as D332
(folded from PR #96).
