James Dansereau dd2e95e229 docs(findings): repair D233/D234 disambiguation markers (were inserted before '##') ...

The previous commit's (a)/(b) insertion landed at the line start, producing
' (a)## D233 — …' lines that no longer parse as headings. Moved the markers to
after the label: '## D233 (a) — …'. 117/117 migrated sections now have valid
headings; CSV check + label set still green.
