docs: trim GitHub Pages descriptions for SEO, drop duplicate h1
_config.yml's description was ~230 chars once jekyll-seo-tag spliced it into the masthead tagline and home <title>; index.md's page description was ~277 chars for the same og/meta tag. Also removed index.md's manual "# GoldenEye 007 PC Port" h1 -- the Cayman theme already renders the site title as an h1, so the page was emitting two.
