Backport from Friends of Joanna: renamed the bool member `unk5d5_06` in
the `menudata` struct to `isdialogopen` to clarify its purpose as a
dialog state flag. Also renamed the local bool variable `sp344` in
`menutick.c` to `isdialogopen` to reflect its relation to the struct
member. Updated all references for consistency and improved readability.
Removing the scaling entirely beraks Sniper Rifle zoom. So: we're switching back to FOV Scaling, but now it'll be based on `PLAYER_DEFAULT_FOV` instead of `60.0f`. This now ensures tha
this changes mouse sensitiivity scale to mirror id Tech's Mouse Sensitivity Scale. This also makes it easier for Steam Input users (Steam Deck and Steam Controller) to use Gyro To Mouse/Flick Stick's Natural Sensitivity Scale
- "load settings" becoming invalid when entering and exiting the challenges screen
- when setting a setup as default, it would change the current setup
- larger window width causing the marquee text to be rendered off-bounds
- reduced the setup name's max length, as it wouldn't fit on the screen in some cases
- allocate memory for 4player's IR goggle scanlines
- fixes IR goggle alignment
- fixes IR lens for players 2 and 4
- fixes off-by-one rendering error for top two players (bottom of screen)
- fixes off-by-one rendering error for right-side players (right side of semicircle thing)
- fixes dark area flickering; use resolved shading for props if not wearing goggles
- port: fix IR goggle off-by-one draw issues

release, dimmed mode is turned off. This was done to prevent adjacent
slider items from being accidentally modified by moving the mouse over
them with the left mouse button held down, as well as to allow proper
functioning of deferred sliders with the mouse.
- change FPS calculation to use average FPS, use real time instead of render time for interval timing
- remove Maximize Window (you already have a maximize button and it's saved to the INI)
- remove Display FPS Interval from settings (the average user won't care and whoever cares can change it in the INI)
- remove the tickrate override flag and implicit tickrate adjustment in the framerate limit option, instead add one checkbox to uncap tickrate (mostly because I'd like the game to default to the og 60 FPS cap since high FPS is still unstable)
- rearrange some options a bit
